Responsibilities :

• Assist customer with online games-related concerns.
• Assist Project Manager with creation, execution of test scenarios, test cases and recording the test results. Any issues raised to be properly recorded, tracked and resolved.
• Coordinate and follow up the cases with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely execution and completion.
• Respond to customer's requests/problems through online support eg: Live Chat, Email and Voice Service as product advisers and assist customer identify , resolve problems and complaints by giving the best solution.
• Maintain good customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, courtesy and professionalism.
• Responsible for monitoring the websites daily process and progress
• Conduct websites inspection on regular basis.
• Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements :

• Knowledge and experience in Application Software Testing and writing test specifications ( test plans, test cases, test script and test data) is preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Perform various system administration and support tasks including but not limited to :
• Participate in design, implementation, and enhancement of servers and infrastructure services set-up and configuration.
• Manage Servers and Infrastructure services operating on those servers including Anti-virus systems, Databases, Active Directory, Web servers, load balancing, connectivity, traffic and etc.
• Monitoring system status with respect to memory, CPU and storage utilization, and performing capacity planning.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing Services. (Alibaba cloud, qcloud, AWS)
• Knowledge of SSH, CDN, DNS, FIREWALL setup and configuration.
• Provide 1st level support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problems to the vendors (Data Center, NSP and ISP) and ensure that the service commitments are met.
• Perform root cause analysis of an issue and working as a team to evaluate potential solutions and resolution.
• Perform information security assessment and implement leading frameworks and established standards against infrastructure attacks (DDoS, DoS, etc).
• Conduct penetration testing on infrastructure to identify security loopholes, analyze present and possible future threats against the infrastructure.
• Advise on technical issues (both remote and on-site) , including and not limited to a detailed explanation of the technical details and how to remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Research, test and evaluate new technologies to improve the infrastructure / services / security.
• Familiar with Asia network traffic infrastructure is a plus.
• Work closely with team members and associated companies in other regions to resolve support issues, and ensure project team is kept well informed of the progress made.
• Perform other ah-hoc project and task as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience specializing in Computer Network/System/Security Engineering/Information System or equivalent.
• Working experience in monitoring/troubleshooting systems for network and devices.
• Must be familiar with operation support on a global scale.
• Experience in working with indirect reports and third parties to resolve network layer issues.
• Independent, self-disciplined, self-organized, and able to learn and work under/with minimum supervision.
• Good communication of written and spoken Mandarin and basic English.
• Fluent Mandarin speakers from other countries are encouraged to apply.
